This smoothie contains wonderful nutrients for great skin health. Vitamin C, selenium, zinc and collagen all aid in promoting repair and growth of skin, tendons and ligaments.

  1. 1 scoop RAW vitamin C powder
  2. ½ - 1 serving of hydrolyzed collagen peptides
  3. 1-2 cups of liquid of your choice - I like cold green tea, cold rosehip tea, or coconut oil
  4. 3 tbs Udo’s oil, flax seed oil, or evening primrose oil
  5. 10-15 x zinc drops
  6. 3 x selenium drops
  7. 1 cup of fruit and greens, as you like
  1. Blend until smooth, drink cold.
